One employer, one contract, one less thing to worry about

NHS England Education North East (previously known as HEENE) have an arrangement whereby all doctors and dentists in training in the region are employed by one organisation for the duration of their training.

The LET is commissioned by NHS England Education North East and the LET is currently hosted by Northumbria Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust.

The Lead Employer Trust (LET) leads on recruitment of junior doctors and dentists for training programmes in the North East and North Cumbria, either through local recruitment or in liaison with lead national recruiters.
